Duties include taking food andbeverage orders, answering questions about the menu, carrying food anddrinks to the dining room and service areas, serving food to patrons,preparing and serving alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages, preparing checksand taking payments from customers, removing dirty dishes and cleaningtables, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup and breakdown of diningand serving areas, monitoring inventory of dining/service area items andrestocking when necessary, with other related duties, includinggreeting/seating guests, providing menus, assigning guests to tables,responding to guest requests, maintaining contact with kitchen staff andmanagement and serving staff and guests to ensure proper handling ofdining details, and handling phone calls, phone orders, andreservations; 40+ hrs./wk., Monday-Sunday (1-2 days off, varies),multiple shifts available from as early as 6AM to as late as 10PM.\$20.69/hr., overtime possible at \$31.04/hr.; temporary full-time(April 1, 2024 to October 28, 2024). No minimum education or experiencerequired; on-the-job training provided; optional employer-providedhousing available at \$125/week deducted from weekly pay; no bonus orbenefits. Paid weekly based on a single workweek computation. Standardpayroll deductions as required by law.

The employerguarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths ofthe workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Theemployer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job.
