We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionSkilled Mechanic who, under direct supervision, safely performsdiagnostic, maintenance and repair of heavy equipment such as, but notlimited to: haul trucks, water trucks, rubber tire and track dozers,front-end loaders, and motor graders.

　　Assist with and perform the removal, repair and installation oftransmissions, engines, brakes, differentials, pumps, motors,torque converters, final drives and other heavy equipment systems orcomponentsPerform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance on machinesystems such as: hydraulic, power train and enginesMay perform welding such as: Carbon ARC, Plasma, MIG, TIG, and StickMay operate equipment such as: overhead cranes, forklifts, and boom trucksResponsible for maintaining work orders, a clean and safe work area,and performing work area inspections.Minimum Qualifications include but are not limited to:

　　One (1) year of experience in Heavy Equipment mechanical/maintenanceor a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repairand maintenanceAbility to read and use schematicsPossesses knowledge of machine systems, such as, hydraulic, powertrain, and enginesPreferred Qualifications include:

　　High School diploma or GED1 year experience of Heavy Equipment mechanic skills in the Construction orMining fieldCAT, Komatsu, or John Deere mechanical experience or skillsBENEFITS:Housing Stipend (Up to $450 per month)Relocation assistance401k with company matchMedical/Dental/Vision (Start on day 1 of employment)Pay range: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
