　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities  

　　Guide and execute strategic design deliverables for multiple feature areas across a suite of products   

　　Help solve complex design problems simply and intuitively, blending brand personality, interactions, and visuals to create delightful experiences   

　　Represent Viva + Goals design to partner product and engineering teams across Microsoft   

　　Work closely and constructively with product and engineering to ensure overall business strategy is on track and smooth delivery of designs   

　　Advocate for design in context of business and user goals

　　Contributes to the use and adoption of latest design system to ensure products are aligned with company-wide systems

　　Qualifications

　　Required/Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design

　　OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design

　　OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

　　Applications must include a link to a design portfolio 

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Customer-centric mindset with experience turning abstract concepts into reality

　　Firm grasp of Figma for design and prototyping 

　　Experience creating a variety of designartifacts, including, but not limited to, user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, annotated wireframes, creative briefs, competitor analysis, and heuristic analysis
