As Unified Communications Engineer, the focus is on support, conception and technical implementation. In this position you are responsible for implementation and end-to-end responsibility for the function and quality of these technical services.
Working at NTT
You are responsible for the planning and implementation of innovative Microsoft Collaboration Services for our customers.
In your position you are responsible for the analysis, planning and implementation of migrations of existing technologies to future-oriented infrastructures (cross-technology collaboration and unified communications concepts) and implement them successfully.
You develop detailed technical concepts in the course of tenders and exciting projects.
As an engineer, you are responsible for testing and high-level troubleshooting (remote and on-site - if necessary, also on-call duty) and maintain documentation and specifications.
You work closely with our internal and external partners.
You will further develop customer solutions and plan new concepts together with presales (evaluation and testing).
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
Very good knowledge and several years of experience in the field of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, ideally you also have certifications in one of these areas.
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and actingStrong interest in continuous training as well as future trends and technologies
High communication skills and implementation skills
Strong customer and service orientation
Responsible, independent and accurate way of working.
Very good knowledge of English.
Required Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Collaboration environments.

Experience in any following area will be considered as plus:
Voice Recording (NICE)
Skype for Business
IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation certified)
Audio Video-conferencing expertise (Cisco, Microsoft)
