　　Managing challenging and varying projectsLeading a team of experienced engineers and techniciansMentoring junior staffCommunicating with clients and local and state agencies and attending public hearingsManaging project scopes, schedules, and budgetsWriting contracts and reviewing invoicesEnsuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documentsWhat You Need:

　　BS in Civil Engineering or a related field15 + years of experience in traffic engineering with both private and public clientsExperience with project managementCommunication skills for public hearings and working with public agenciesPE license is requiredKnowledge of traffic analysis software applications (Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS)Requirements
