　　We are actively searching for a Senior Telecom Analyst that is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in the telecom environment. You will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and administering voice communications across the enterprise. Hands on experience with Voice and Data Communications systems is a must. This role is hybrid requiring three days in office per week. If you are ready to work with an experienced team that is ready to help you grow your career then this is the role for you.

　　responsibilities:

　　Design, Build, Implement and Administer Voice Communications across the enterprise.

　　This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing the Telephony

　　system. This includes all adjuncts such as Call Reporting and Call Accounting. The scope includes all call centers for

　　customer contact support and remote offices where GP employees work. The Senior Telecom Analyst diagnoses and

　　resolves voice and data communications performance issues as well as analyzes voice traffic patterns and provides

　　capacity planning solutions. They are to provide systems and network documentation and maintain documentation

　　on system modifications and user information. They work with Network Engineering and senior staff to resolve

　　complex systems issues affecting voice or data systems. The Senior Telecom Analyst focuses on and addresses any PCI

　　compliance issues as relates to PAN data transfer or storing within the phone systems.
