Description:

　　Understand and promote the Mission and Values at all times and ensure that safety policies and procedures are being followed.

　　Daily production support, including topics related to morale, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

　　Coordinates Design for Manufacturability improvements.

　　Lead or assist in leading key manufacturing related projects of various scale, including capital expenditures and lean improvements.

　　Creation, correction, and interpretation of drawings, BOMs, routings, transactions, etc.

　　Improve the business by contributing, supporting, and implementing ideas to enhance processes and practices for the business unit.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Education: 4-year degree from accredited college or university in either Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineering or Ten (10) years proven engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

　　Minimum five (5) years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, 3D drawings, improvement projects, capital projects.

　　Problem-solving: root cause analysis and corrective action.

　　Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups such as engineering, sales, etc.

　　Mastery of 5S, waste elimination, and other lean principles.

　　Ability to use and create 2D and 3D drawings on both CAD and SolidWorks.

　　ISO and AWS knowledge.

　　ERP System experience.
