Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

　　The Senior Technology Officer will be responsible for providing added value, stability and success to the company’s various innovative plans. Must be able to outline the company’s vision, implement strategies and ensure that all resources are aligned with the company’s needs.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Set company’s vision for an effective use of technology (robotics, drones, etc)

　　Apply program management principals to the development of the firm's various technology experimentation

　　Apply efforts to various technology readiness levels(TRLs) associated with our business development team. Align technology roadmaps with proposal requirements where it applies.

　　Outline goals, create timelines and efficient deployment of all technological services

　　Mentor team members, manage budgets and schedule

　　Communicate and report technology developments systematically and episodically; publish work

　　Provide executive decisions on technological requirements, governance direction and oversee audits and regulatory compliance

　　Streamline operations and able to deliver cost savings or technology enhancements for the company

　　Ensure all technology practices are compliant to regulatory standards

　　Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

　　Qualifications to be successful in the role:

　　Degree(s) in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field (required)

　　Advanced technical or management degrees or certifications (desired)

　　Exposed in various technology such as robotics and drones

　　Ate least 8 years of people management experience

　　Advance technological skillset and demonstrated history, resume with technology achievement (desired)

　　Strategic mindset focused on business technology transformation (desired)

　　Well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts (required)

　　Excellent team management and communication skills (required)

　　Strategic thinker and problem solving aptitude (required)

　　Ability to speak and write English at a high level (required)

　　Relocation to Subic Bay Philippines (required)
