The Senior Technology Leadership Professional for our SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Reporting Team is responsible for all aspects of research, reporting and approving data that will go outside of Humana. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Attention to detail is critical to be successful in this role.

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works directly with the Legal, Privacy, Clinical, Provider, Proof of Concept, EDW Audit, Acquisitions, and Sales teams to research and provide critical data from our EDW to our internal business partners along with scheduled regulatory reporting. Ensures that production schedules are followed, and data meets specifications and quality requirements. Interacts directly with our teams contractors and business teams to analyze, locate, and format data requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Information Technical experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of leadership

Experience researching and retrieving data from EDW Enterprise Data Warehouse using Oracle, PL/SQL

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

Experience working in Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in Humana's EDW Enterprise Data Warehouse

Someone who always looks for ways of doing the job easier (automation)

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Experience using Azure boards for tracking work

Basic understanding of using Mainframe to retrieve data and approve contractor turns

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,800 - $144,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
