Serve as a Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for product management and delivery within Enterprise platforms. Own and manage the relationship with payment processing vendors. Perform technical reviews, due diligence of potential 3rd party partner solutions and their viability within the Snap Technology Ecosystem and oversee their implementation. Market research and competitive analysis for new business driven by payment functionality, such as Buy Now Pay Later. Be the subject matter expert for Payment and Funding products. Create clear and consistent product briefs, outlining the different paths and exceptions, success criteria and go to market plans. Own tech product strategy and roadmap decisions, priority of items on the digital product backlog to drive agile feature development, product support and value delivery. Work with the business product teams to drive the technical implementation of financial product offerings. Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap to IT & Business stakeholders. Partner with engineers and architects to manage all aspect of the technical design to build a scalable digital product. Manage effectively key aspect of agile product delivery including product backlog, feature prioritization, user stories and acceptance criteria, product metrics, release and launch to ensure usage and adoption, product support. Build efficiencies in the technical stack and service layers that provide for improved efficiencies and go-to-market speed. Support the vision of the different Business Product Teams. Translate the requirements of financial products into enterprise level technical solutions. Ensure delivery of high-quality software and systems within the product while managing trade-offs between speed-to-market and technical debt. Define work streams and oversee the implementation of solutions. Gain insights and provide recommendations to leadership for the evolution of new products and/or product changes. Perform technical reviews, due diligence of potential 3rd party partner solutions and their viability. Incorporate voice of the customers, qualitative and quantitative measurement to better inform the product roadmap. Fluency with data and different measurement framework and approach to drive product metrics.
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or closely related technical field and 11 years of experience in a related occupation. Requires 11 years of experience in the following: SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle); Knowledge of Agile scrum and Safe processes; Program management for medium to large scale projects; Creating requirements, epics, features, and user stories; Payments; Knowledge of card issuing process flow; Knowledge of payment processing using cards and ACH; Knowledge of payment processors and payment gateways; Knowledge of settlement and reconciliation processes; and Knowledge of Mobile payment processing. Requires 10 years of experience in software analysis, design, and development. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: Technical Product management; Technical knowledge of API and Software Architecture; Knowledge of Databases; Ability to write basic SQL queries; Creating the process flow diagram, API sequence diagram and system integration diagram; Defining the KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of product; Presenting the data inform of dashboards using BI tools, such as Tableau; Market research, competitive analysis and GTM planning; and Monitoring the trends in financial industry by conducting market research.
