REQUIRED EXPRERIENCE AND SKILLS:

　　Among overall experience, 7+ years of experience must be in sustainable packaging.

　　Has experience in dealing with packaging data, associated advanced data and IT systems

　　Has excellent knowledge about sustainability in packaging - various parameters used for measuring packaging sustainability including end of life treatments

　　Has excellent knowledge about materials & their properties used for sustainable packaging

　　Has excellent knowledge about EPR and its effect on product packaging designs

　　Has excellent knowledge about sustainable packaging designs – design for reusability, design for recyclability, design for compostability with demonstrated experience in improving circularity in product packaging

　　Has knowledge about packaging life cycle assessment (LCA) tools – Simplified LCA, scorecard, COMPASS etc.

　　Understand the total supply chain costs for packaging including packaging design, material, labor, freight, and end of life treatment – understand complete ecosystem of sustainable packaging

　　Has knowledge about packaging design & test standards, bill of material systems, & FEA

　　Proven ability to turn research ideas into technical documents and optimized design solutions

　　PC skills including the use of Microsoft Office

　　Excellent communication, administrative, and multi-tasking skills
