　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in the Herndon, VA.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Design, test, stage, deploy, operating systems to various physical, virtual, container, and cloud environments

　　Maintain and consults for relevant operating systems on organizational computer systems, all third-party software components, and subsystems

　　Maintain and update documentation on the configuration of supported systems, perform cloud computing platform research and analysis to support engineering and integration requirements

　　Manage software life cycles

　　Design interfaces to external systems

　　Plan, test, install, and integrate new and upgraded versions of the relevant operating systems on organizational systems, all third-party software components, and subsystems

　　Provide technical support to applications and utility developers on requirements for integration into the operating environment

　　Research and resolve systems software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures

　　Test and integrate software and hardware

　　Troubleshoot problems that may involve applications and the network

　　Provide expertise on cloud cluster computing technologies

　　Maintain technical expertise on relevant industry standards and in multi-cloud computing and virtualization technologies

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Must have a minimum of (5) five years of related experience.Preferred Qualifications:

　　A bachelor's degree. A bachelor's degree can substitute (4) four years of experience

　　Related certifications

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must be a U.S. citizen

　　Must hold a TS/SCI clearance

　　Must hold a polygraph

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
