Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager on the NATS Transportation Planning team, you will focus on delivering a short-term volume and capacity plan to be used by all Transportation Stakeholders across the North American transportation network.

Forecast and plan transportation capacity for last mile carriers and sort centers across the US network to be used in labor hiring
Present plans to fulfillment center and transportation teams
Deep dive supply chain constraints
Present analysis and field questions
Propose solutions to problems identified from synthesis of data or by leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders up and down the supply chain
Lead process improvement to the planning process to achieve E2E planning integration

About the team
NATS Transportation Planning team leads the volume and capacity planning for North America. We are the central team that brings fulfillment center and carrier plans together into one cohesive plan for short term execution.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA | Austin, TX, USA | Bellevue, WA, USA | Dallas, TX, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Santa Monica, CA, USA | Tempe, AZ, USA
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience with SQL
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree
Experience creating advanced models using analytical tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
