　　We are currently looking for German and English speaker for a position of Customs Classification Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Hub Warsaw for Smart Infrastructure Division. The main mission of this role is to ensure the best-in-class customs conformity.

　　What are my responsibilities?

　　Customs classification of Siemens products due to the Harmonized Tariff System.

　　Preparation of supporting documentation, including obtaining it from suppliers, with reasoning for classification.

　　Maintenance of correct and complete product customs classification in ERP systems and/or product data base – master or transaction data.

　　Analyses of technical/commercial characteristics of goods (hardware) following legal requirements in foreign trade and customs law.

　　Close cooperation with various internal departments and external business partners (globally).

　　What do I need to qualify for this job?

　　Good written and verbal communication in German and English (min. B2) - is must have

　　University degree in engineering or similar technical areas will be the asset.

　　Professional experience in customs or foreign trade area (2+) - is necessary

　　Knowledge about rules of tariff classification is essential.

　　Analytical skills.

　　High attention to quality and details.

　　Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outllook).

　　Knowledge in SAP/ERP and PLM systems.

　　Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.

　　Excellent organizational skills.

　　Team spirit and intercultural skills, able to work in virtual environment.

　　Willingness to participate in business trips ( 10%)
