Senior Supervisor

　　As a Senior Supervisor, you will supervise and lead the production team in line with the Wisconsin site and local/state regulatory SHE requirements, quality, and food safety standards as well as ensure fulfillment of the weekly production schedules in a cost-efficient manner. This candidate will also provide motivation, guidance, and leadership to Production Operators to process, formulate and package products. The Senior Supervisor will drive continuous improvement within the production teams. This position is part of the production leadership team and is the delegate manager to the production manager.

　　Responsible for production of cultures across all three departments in the defined manufacturing area

　　Responsible for leading change initiatives on the shopfloor and driving continuous improvement.

　　Responsible for production team development and individual operator performance and personal growth

　　Main point of contact and escalation for first shift and collaboration across cross functional areas like SHE, Quality, Maintenance, IP

　　You bring:

　　High school diploma or equivalent AND 5 years site production leadership experience, OR 2-year degree AND 3 years in a production leadership role, OR 4-year degree AND 2 years in a production leadership role

　　Past people management experience required.

　　Manufacturing process in all three departments required.

　　Ability to mentor, guide, and delegate and prioritize.

　　Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills in influencing peers to perform in an exemplary manner.

　　Ability to generate and coordinate continuous improvement and work in a team environment.
