About the Role

　　Location: Hyderabad

　　The purpose of Sr Specialist RPA is to design and develop efficient and high-quality automations using MS PAD technology.

　　Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

　　• Conduct workshops to various business teams to promote Automation to scale.

　　• Identify right automation use cases and create business case with ROI.

　　• Design and develop automation using MS PAD technology.

　　• Develop re-usable artifacts, coding standards, efficient way of building automations.

　　• Deployment, configuration of automations

　　• Provide technical support to self service and citizen automation developers.

　　• Conduct reviews of automations developed by vendor partners.

　　• Find opportunities for process improvements and implement the same. Develop efficient usage of licenses.

　　Role Requirements

　　• Bachelor's Degree in engineering

　　• Overall 8+ years of experience in IT, 5+ yrs experience in RPA technologies and at least 2 years experience in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop in designing and developing automations

　　• Specialist skills in various features & capabilities of Microsoft PAD. Expert level certification in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, Strong exposure to licensing models of PAD and Knowledge of Windows Server and Azure

　　• Experience with virtualization technologies, Knowledge of networking and security. Good understanding of database management. Experience with cloud deployment and management

　　• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and monitor systems performance

　　• Good communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

　　• Good communication and articulation abilities. Should be able to deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership
