About the Role

　　Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　• Drive Hiring and On-boarding execution, optimization and process excellence on a global scale (across Asia, EU, and US) Maintenance of Distribution lists (persilog), org charts, training compliance reporting and assignment

　　• Ownership and global liaison for job builder role creation

　　• Responsible for managing and tracking 3rd party, students and external resource collaborations and partnership budget globally across Translational Medicine

　　• Key contributor in providing reports and data analysis based on key attributes correlations.

　　• Contribute to operational excellence framework development and implementation and ensure consistency across the TM Line Functions

　　• Ensure global oversights, effectiveness and continuous process consolidation and improvements.

　　• Coordinating data collection and process centralization to help drive continuous improvements and process simplification across TM. Supporting management needs, by collecting, screening and executing tasks independently based on priorities.

　　Role Requirements

　　• Degree in Business Administration or scientific disciplines. Business-level/fluent spoken and excellent writing skills in English, additional languages appreciated. Experience in reliable data acquisition and conversion in informative output (graphical visualization). Basic Finance Experience in cost tracking and budget management, applying analytical and organizational skills.

　　• Proficient is Excel, Powe Point, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Programs. Pro-active, results-driven self-starter; good planning, prioritization, problem solving and organizational skills; thoughtful and cooperative team colleague, flexible and adaptive to change; resilient and enthusiastic, responding constructively to different ideas and input Appreciated experience in HR Core systems and related platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple, high-detail, deadline-sensitive projects with a high level of quality in all deliverables.
