JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB OVERVIEW: The Sr. Specialist,Lead Generation &Marketing Campaigns willbe responsible foroptimizingomnichannelmarketing campaigns and the lead generation center of excellence. Inthis role you will help plan and enhance marketing campaigns across allpaid and organic media channels. This role will work closely with crossfunctional teams to help inform campaign targets, evaluate investmentefficiency, provide input on targeting and audience strategies, as wellas track and monitorlead performance and optimize marketing a sales leadhandoff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for analyzing and optimizingthe performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, anddevelopment/automation of regular reports. Responsible for tracking,reporting and analyzing lead funnels, lead revenue anddevelopment/automation of regular reports through Salesforce.comAnalyzes external and internal customer data using spreadsheet (Excel)models, web analytics tools (Google/Marketo), statistical analysistools, and campaign management software tools. Evaluates customers\'online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for furtherenhancements to the guest experience. Analyzes A/B and Multi-variatetests, communicate results and provide recommendations. CreatesPowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights toother marketing and sales departments. SCOPE: Senior level professional;knowledge and full understanding of one or more disciplines and goodknowledge of organization, processes and customers. Good judgment,strong analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuityrequired to perform tasks. Know and apply the fundamental concepts,practices, and procedures of a particular field.
