Senior Solution Engineer to support our Apps & Automation team

　　Do you want to be an integral part of our Apps and Automation team in Grundfos and build solutions that support automation and simplification of processes in Operations?

　　We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to be part of our team of 5 developers who work on the Microsoft Power platform. You will be expected to both deliver business consultancy, as well as deliver solution architecture, that links our IT business platform and existing business process requirements.

　　If you have a great interest in low-code and no-code platforms and possess good technical and communicational skills within the MS Power Platform, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a candidate who wants to be part of a progressive and fast-paced team responsible for building solutions to support our strategic focus of driving simplicity and speed through digitalization.

　　What will you do?

You will be working out of Serbia with our local team, and you will also be collaborating closely with our Global team in Grundfos. We expect you to be with the team in our office in Indjia minimum one day aweek.

　　Our team support a variety of areas within operations, and the requirements are defined by a designated BPO (Business Process Owner). Therefore, it is of high importance that you have a good understanding of our technical architecture and that you can advise and guide our stakeholders based on this.

　　Who are we?

　　Apps & Automation isplaced in AME Digital Manufacturing department who are responsible for most of thedigital developments internally in Grundfos. The focus on Apps & Automation has over the past year taken shape. We develop and deliver apps and automation solutions for Operations based on impact/effort analysis and with maximum impact on operations excellence while and enjoy support of the highly skilled cross functional team in AME Digital Manufacturing. We follow the framework of Scrum and have sprints of 3 weeks, planning, daily stand up etc.

　　Your main responsibilities will be:

　　Specifying technical solution requirements

　　Build data pipeline for simple solutions.

　　Responsible for the Power Platform in Apps & Automation including environments, modules, and component library. Proficiency in building canvas and model - oriented apps using Power Apps

　　Defining standards for development to ensure modularization of solutions.

　　Understanding data modeling concepts, relationships, transformations, and integration methods

　　Ensure process of continuous improvement of infrastructure & standards

　　Ensure speedy and seamless collaboration with IS

　　Secure that the best solutions are chosen for Grundfos

　　Support developers

　　Who are you?

　　We expect you to contribute both on an operational level as well as on the tactical level and you are a highly experienced specialist with higher education and significant Work experience.You workindividuallyand can manage globalprojects and processes as well as complex problem solving. At the same time, we expect you to have good collaboration and communication skills as you will be coaching and reviewing the work from our team and oversee design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and policies.

　　Your background:

　　Have advanced English skills

　　Have a higher level of formal education

　　Are experienced in handling technical specifications of solutions

　　Have a specific background conducting complex or specialized projects and activities in IT or in collaboration with IT

　　Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization; experience in large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred

　　Experience with MS Power Platform is strongly preferred.
