We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions on the Azure cloud platform. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow and storage of data within the organization.
Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end data solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming data from various sources.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
Optimize and tune data storage and processing solutions for performance and scalability.
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and storage.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure data services and technologies.
Qualifications
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ Years of proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Azure cloud services.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
Hands-on experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
Familiarity with machine learning and data science concepts.
