Work toward improving the fairness, equality, and efficiency of hiring through video recording, transcription, and machine learning. Directly influence the user experience, feature roadmap, and technical architecture of Pillar product on which customers rely to take their hiring to the next level. Work closely with the engineering and design teams and the CTO in supporting the development of new and exciting features, user experiences, and APIs in video recording, transcription, and machine learning. Partner with design and data science to build software that delights users and helps the company learn about how best to serve the users. Contribute to the company's cloud native, microservice, and serverless development environment. Help influence the technical architecture of Pillar's Google Cloud based infrastructure.
