SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior Services Engagement Engineer in Newtown Square, PA to work with customers with Premium Engagement Contracts and responsible for overall orchestration of delivery of contracted services. Establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP. Engagements cover the entire solution life-cycle (discovery and innovation, design and build and operations). Oversee the delivery of relevant premium engagement services to foster successful adoption of SAP Solutions and to pro-actively prevent/ resolve critical situations, via a strong organization and network within SAP and a sound understanding of the customer situation. Provides holistic support and coordination across all SAP solutions in use by the customer, whether on-prem or cloud. Responsible for the execution of a comprehensive service plan with a focus on innovation. Understand customer's business goals and Business Analysis. Determine Engagement Setup, Strategy & Governance. Customer Stakeholder Management, including C-suite level interactions, with frequent face-to-face interactions. Engagement Development, Management & Planning of services to be delivered (establish an Engagement Roadmap with detailed KPIs). Management of commercial aspects of engagements for customer satisfaction, and reference ability. Accountability for financial aspects of the customer engagement including forecast accuracy, revenue achievement, run rate, and margin.
Minimum Education/Experience: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field of study and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field of study and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Value Management and Customer relationship Management;Mission Critical Support and escalation management;Business process Analysis, improvements and optimization;SAP Technical Architecture, Technology and Platform including hyperscaler;SAP Security Solutions and products, including S/4 HANA Architecture;Project Management for Onprem;Solution Manager implementation and adoption; andMigrating environments to the cloud.Position requires up to 80% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 to $188,445. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $130,400 to $221,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
