　　Summary:

　　Cielo Talent, is searching for a Senior Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top sales talent for BD. This individual will work closely with BD hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a recruiting strategy to attract and hire the best candidates. This role requires targeted and active sourcing methodologies and will be incentivized based on performance.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a recruiting strategy to attract top sales talent.

　　Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.

　　Manage the full recruitment process, in partnership with the wider recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers.

　　Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent.

　　Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruiting.

　　Qualifications:

　　5 years of experience in medical device sales recruitment with a proven history of success is required.

　　Recruitment agency or search firm experience recruiting for medical device sales professionals is required. Previous experience supporting BD recruitment for sales professionals would be beneficial.

　　High school diploma or GED required

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

　　Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and technologies.
