　　Job Description:

　　Oversee technical direction in support of sales engineering activities. Provide high level pre-sales support and guidance to customers. Collaborate with Sales Executives and partners to recommend and develop appropriate customer solution offerings. Work with the sales teams to present and demonstrate advanced product features and benefits. Conduct detailed customer requirements, discovery, and analysis. Refine and research technical requirements of the opportunity. Propose and design technical solutions which include creative prototypes and proof of concept. Act as an interface between the sales organization and technical staff for product management and development. Work closely with engineers on customer requirements and new product direction. Work closely with customers in design, implementation and integration of software. Deliver web-based training sessions to clients. Promote new and innovative approaches to address business challenges and problems. Respond to technical, security, and functionality related questions. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Requires Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or related IT or engineering role. Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of described experience in lieu of the Master's degree plus one (1) year of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Base Salary: $166,192 - $167,000/Year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
