Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced senior real estate attorney in its Minneapolis office. This position is responsible for providing legal services to Ryan and its affiliated companies for real estate development, property acquisition, development and disposition, financing and property management. Some things you can expect to do: Draft and negotiate purchase and sales agreements and related real estate documents Negotiate financing documents Collaborate with outside counsel on corporate and tax matters Negotiate real estate joint ventures Draft and negotiate real estate leases Assist real estate management in drafting and negotiating service contracts and vendor agreements Collaborate with the internal legal team and other stakeholders to improve processes To be successful in this role, a juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school is required. You must have 6-10 years of relevant legal experience.
