Senior R&D Global Spending Related - Lead Analyst
to join our Product Development Finance team in our Szentendre office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Coordination of monthly global Spending Related (eg. Depreciation & Amortization) forecast: monthly reporting of global Spending Related actuals and updated global forecast to the Global PD Controller including issue-to-issue, forecast vs budget/target, R&Os etc.
Investigate and resolve data disconnects
Co-ordination of regional Spending Related team inputs into Global forecast
Reporting of global actuals and global forecast net spending to corporate cash team for cash flow planning purposes (Region-To-Business-Unit-Walk)
Preparation of management decks
Support segment and regional reporting of allocations and ensure that Spending Related is aligned globally, coordinate Spending Related allocations consistently with the financial manual
Manage Spending Related variance reporting at Corporate level (handling of all Segments, incl Corporate Other, Mobility)
Fulfill the GPID (Global Product IDentifier) admin role in Planisware system: update all requested changes (eg. GPID child creation, extension, GPID child description update, Job#1 & JobLast date changes & activation)
Control functions at quarterly Job#1 and JobLast review
RS&W/Planisware Administration (eg. Property Accounting reconciliation) Production & future system enhancements
Support PWC and Corporate Financial Reporting Teams on Spending Related items incl. 10Q/10K Net Property walk D&A sections as well as external PWC Green Bond reporting – quarterly exercise
Coordinate global process harmonization initiatives
Develop ad-hoc schedules, studies on request
Are we looking for you? Yes, if….
You have a University / College degree and 5+ years' work experience in Finance/Controlling
You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around the Globe
You are able to manage conflicting priorities within deadlines
You have strong analytical skills and you are confident in using MS Excel
You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
