  We are looking for a senior recruiter to join CoStar Group as a senior Quant Recruiter in the Richmond, VA office. They will be responsible for attracting top quantitative talent that will work with product and market analytics teams to develop quantitative models used to provide market analysis for our customers using CoStar Group products. This individual will need to operate with flawless candidate and client execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing relationships with local and national talent for future talent pipelines. Senior recruiters will operate as a key contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners and the Learning and Development team to ensure effective on-boarding to maximize new hires success. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation.

  This role is located in our Richmond VA office and requires 5 days a week in office.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Operate as a full-life cycle recruiter responsible for defining job requirements in partnership with the hiring manager, cultivate and source relevant candidates, close and negotiate offers, and manage end to end recruiting process.

  Build proactive Quantitative talent pipelines to continuously provide top talent to the business.

  Build relevant relationships with universities with strong quantitative programs to develop relationships with alumni and build a strong network.

  Leverage personal network to generate candidate leads and referrals for proactive candidate outreach and pipeline building.

  Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across brands and share talent pipelines as well as develop creative ways of sourcing and attracting top product talent.

  Provide regular communication to business partners on status of searches, candidates in process and competitive market conditions that may impact a search.

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  Bachelor degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College

  A track record of commitment to prior employers

  At least 4+ years of experience in either a corporate recruiting environment hiring quantitative professionals.

  4+ years of success leading full life cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates through cold calling and digital sourcing efforts

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  Client focused orientation

  You are a pro with applicant tracking systems (we use Workday) as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.

  Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates.

  Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment.
