　　Our Quality Department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the Quality Management System Team!

　　As a Quality Management System Specialist, you will:

　　Track planning of reviewing and implementation of new plant quality standards;

　　Maintain the Quality Manual up to date and administrate QMS documents;

　　Coordinate and administrate the activities of the Instruction Management Tool;

　　Plan, organize and monitor internal audits (layered, product, process, system, ergonomic, customer complaint);

　　Follow-up /support to close the corrective and preventive actions defined based on the non-conformities find during audits;

　　Be responsible of the preparation for external audits (certification and surveillance for ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949);

　　Support to establish the plant KPIs based on IATF 16949:2016 requirements and follow-up of the KPI's based on the plant approach;

　　Drive the continuous improvement of quality management system.

　　What will you need to succeed:

　　Graduate in automotive engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent education, ideally with additional business skills;

　　A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, along with knowledge of the Automotive industry;

　　Qualification and certification as an internal system auditor according to IATF 16949:2016 and as a VDA 6.3 process auditor;

　　Customer Specific Requirements knowledge is a must;

　　Fluent English (written and spoken);
