　　Do you want to take charge of quality assurance in our CBS product development and engineering, ensuring that both our new products and running products on the market are robust, reliable and of the highest quality?

　　As a Senior Development Quality Engineer, you deliver quality competences for our product development to ensure that all new products meet our quality benchmark. You will join the CBS Quality department, an international team of 6 quality engineers and managers based inDenmark, China, and Hungary. You will have around 10-20 days of international travel a year and ample opportunity to influence the way we work with quality.

　　What is the job about?

　　As a Senior Development Quality Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining, developing, and deploying the quality tools and methods to ensure high quality and robustness in new Grundfos products implementation, as well as in different projects in the organization.

　　Collaborating closely with our development engineers both in own division and across on the product quality status throughout the entire development and product lifecycle. Working on projects, you and the project team ensure that the finished products live up to the high-quality standards that Grundfos is known for. Specifically, you:

　　Turn customer requirements into measurable specifications and ensure that specifications are verified and validated.

　　Ensure the use of quality tools and methods to increase the quality/robustness level and reducing potential risks.

　　Evaluate early warranty feedback from the market, ensure quick reaction, failure analysis, improvement actions definition for the identified rootcauses.

　　Prepare Quality Assurance plan for development projects and ensure timely execution with all relevant quality deliverables.

　　Make the final quality recommendation at milestones through special quality tools and methods.

　　Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities to continuously improve product warranty performance through Continuous Product Improvements (CPI) and Product audit activities.

　　What do you need to apply?

　　A degree in engineering or similar

　　Solid experience with development, particularly within Hardware/Mechatronics

　　Experience with quality planning tools and methods, e.g. risk minimizing tools such as FMEA and DFA. Problem solving tools as 5W2H, 8D, FTA and practical statistics etc.

　　Experience in leading cross-functional teams in multinational context

　　Capability of training and coaching people

　　A high level of spoken and written English
