　　Key Responsibilities:

　　o Developing and maintaining detailed project plans

　　o Managing project execution based on project plans

　　o Maintaining a log of agreements, open issues, and risks.

　　o Manage project scope, and utilize change control logs to capture scope changes

　　o Provide project status reports to Customer stakeholders

　　o Financial Management of assigned services projects

　　o Tracking and reporting project governance and performance metrics

　　o Active management of Customer Relationships through execution best practices

　　o Capture Customer success metrics and conduct surveys through the project lifecycle

　　o Continually look for improvement opportunities in project delivery and metrics, to increase measurable results

　　Required skills and experience:

　　o 8+ years of hands-on experience managing electronic design projects

　　o Understanding of electronic SoC/ASIC/FPGA design/verification processes .

　　o Good technical understanding of All above.

　　o Strong understanding of skills and processes required to manage services projects

　　o Deep understanding of project governance and project management methodologies

　　o Experience in project planning, risk management, and change management

　　o Excellent customer focus, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

　　o Excellent time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency

　　o Excellent interpersonal, telephone and electronic communications skills

　　o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Project)

　　o Consideration provided for experience in managing virtual, geographically, and culturally diverse teams and/or Project Management Professional Certification.
