Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we're looking for:Education and experienceA Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred5+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.Office interiors, hospitality, higher education, healthcare, multi-site, retail and ground up construction project management experience preferred.Experience managing a team preferredA relationship builderBoth verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you'll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clientsTech mindedThe real estate and construction industries are consistently changing with technology. You'll need to make technology work to your advantage. You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.An achiever
