Job Summary:

　　System One is working with a manufacturing company that is a leading provider of energy solutions in need of an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and testing a variety of air moving equipment and accessories.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Be the SME on air moving equipment.

　　The design, operation and performance of fans and accessories.

　　Coordinate with project team to define requirements, generate, and maintain design documents.

　　Support Field Service techs in troubleshooting field issues to develop corrective actions.

　　Develop RFQs for purchase of fans and accessories; complete technical and commercial bid evaluation of proposals received.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in air moving equipment design and operation.

　　Experience in Solidworks and AutoCAD

　　Strong understanding of air moving equipment principles.

　　Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to rotating equipment.

　　Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

　　Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
