Element has an exciting contract opportunity to join our Built Environment Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business, initially on a 6-month contract (with the potential to extend), to lead and manage our business and IT stakeholders, and external vendors, to fully realise the potential of our Intact Platform Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution ('Element Certification Portal' (ECP)) for managing audits, assessments, certification, accreditation, and worldwide standards. You will need to complete our current planned project phase, as well as plan and execute follow-on phases applying Agile & Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. These include but are not limited to the following: Ongoing Product Enhancements, Website enhancements; Mobile devices; Reporting; Consolidating and decommissioning legacy systems; Microsoft Dynamics DCRM and Finance & Operations integrations. Responsibilities You will manage the ECP Project by defining the project scope and goals in agreement with the Project Sponsor and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project, on-time and within budget, in accordance with the agreed quality criteria and RoI strategy Adhere to industry best practices and comply with company policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., Project Governance & DTG IT Project Management Model) Provide leadership and guidance to workstream leads and team members, in formal governance review meetings and informal working sessions, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management Apply appropriate issue and risk management controls and mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project progress and provide project status reports, including managing stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status updates Manage the status of Development and Testing resources and activities for the project Ensure the successful deployment of all software and hardware specified by the project in accordance with expected change control management / release / environment standards Ensure a successful transition of the ECP product from the project team organisation to the target operational support model between the Business Unit and IT Product Team Skills / Qualifications ERP/SaaS systems implementation experience co-located with business team SMEs including Quality and experience of working closely with external / internal IT delivery partners, and PMO Power BI, Lotus Notes & Fireman experience is desirable Proven track record as a project manager who has delivered specified outcomes within agreed timelines Proven track record as a Project Manager in delivering data projects of various sizes and complexities, involving data migration, data integration, data governance, data analytics Experience of managing projects with multi-disciplinary and matrixed project teams Experience of various project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc., and have adapted them to the specific needs and context of each project You have worked with diverse and cross-functional teams, including operations, commercial, finance, enterprise architecture, data architects, data engineers, business analysts and subject matter experts, and have effectively coordinated and communicated with them throughout the project lifecycle Experience of operating at a senior level to implement change initiatives Microsoft Productivity Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excelle t communication, planning, time management and organisational skills Ability to influence and inspire change in positive and impactful way To apply please email [email protected] #LI-LM1 Company Overview Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
