　　If so, we are looking for a high-judgement Senior Program Manager to develop new ways to build trust with Sellers in the JP region.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Driving key stakeholder and leadership engagement to support regional Seller trust efforts and representing the Selling Partner Trust (SPT) team in JP

　　Working with global product and program teams to understand current and future challenges faced by Sellers

　　Building a nuanced understanding of regional differences in terms of Seller needs and behaviour as well as the specific economic and legislative/regulatory landscape

　　Identifying region-specific opportunities and developing current and new programs that contribute to the delivery of our JP and WW goals

　　Driving the SPT strategy for the JP region and owning the JP SPT roadmap

　　Creating experiments that allow us to move from ‘what is’ to ‘what can be’

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Tokyo, 13, JPN

　　Basic Qualifications

　　· 5+ years of experience in program or project management

　　· Bi-lingual fluency (English/Japanese)

　　· Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery

　　· Experience defining and executing against program requirements

　　· Track record of delivering programmatic goals and managing complex projects

　　· Proven verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior executives

　　· Bachelor’s degree or higher

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　· Six Sigma Black belt, PMP or similar certification

　　· Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across diverse cultures from inception to completion

　　· Strong track record of managing global stakeholders across different organizations

　　· MBA preferred
