We are pleased to announce the opening for a Senior Program Manager who will manage our Digital Transformation, Acquisition, Modernization, and Modification (DTAMM) Program in Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), Florida and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will manage our DTAMM team directly supporting the modernization of the Launch and Test Range Systems (LTRS) located at the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Launch Delta (SLD) 30 Western Range (WR) Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), California (CA) and SLD 45 Eastern Range (ER) Patrick SFB, Florida (FL). Work is expected to be primarily done via Telework in reasonable proximity to the Patrick Space Force Base to enable on-site customer meetings and local team tag-up meetings as required.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for managing the nSI DTAMM Program support, this will include working closely with the customer and the nSI team. nSI tasks include performing the enterprise architect and systems engineering roles to develop and implement approved modernization efforts within specified performance, cost, and schedule objectives, ensuring a seamless transition of new technologies into the ER and WR.
Your team will perform systems analysis to assess the applicability and suitability of emerging technologies and embedded hardware and software technologies for integration into the architecture. You and your team will help deliver and provide innovative approaches for systems analysis and design including network analysis, architecture studies, system diagrams, and technology insertions. System designs will be holistic and inclusive of as-is (i.e., current and legacy) and to-be (i.e., future) states. Additionally, system analysis and design will include DevSecOps considerations, current and future range requirements, long range vision / technology roadmap.
Basic Qualifications:
You must have a Bachelor’s and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Master’s and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and thirteen (13) years or more experience in a technical field such as engineering.
Demonstrated mastery of Program Management processes and practices.
Ability to manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
Ability to manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.
Experience in managing a team in applying principles and techniques of engineering while performing research, analysis, hardware / software / systems design, testing or operations.
Ability to assist in analysis of user / mission needs and existing system capabilities and identify gaps.
The capability to manage the design, development, testing and implementation of hardware, software, network, or database solutions.
Capability to work independently and lead a team, task, or project or while requiring minimal guidance and direction from more senior level staff.
You must possess or can obtain an active Secret clearance.
You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Eastern and Western range instrumentation, capabilities, and technologies.
Capability to apply innovative techniques in investigating solutions to system gaps, test needs or problems.
Experience developing road maps and modernization plans, based on reviewed trade studies, analyses of alternatives or similar technical studies.
Demonstrated mastery of systems engineering processes and practices, including Digital Transformation of legacy systems.
Demonstrated capability, across multiple programs, to take technology from concept to implementation.
Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within an organization and meeting with stakeholders to formulate, review, and execute technical plans and produce deliverable items.
Experience migrating legacy systems into a modern digital environment / executing digital transformation and working in an Agile development environment.
Experience in trade studies and analyses of alternatives to enhance enterprise capabilities.
Experience with development of short, medium, and long term visions / roadmaps.
