  Description

  Job Summary:

  The Senior Program Coordinator will coordinate events across ICD Divisions to help facilitate growth and promote the resources of Raymond James to our financial advisors and their teams. Develops proactive, value add programs to help drive advisor engagement and growth. Builds relationships with external partners to understand and catalogue content to support branch staff. Develops metrics to evaluate success.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Coordination and Logistics for multiple programs both virtual and in person to ensure high level of execution and consistency across programs.

  Act as the point person between the team and the speakers, including home office departments (corporate) and external speakers from partner firms and other organizations.

  Build relationships with a wide variety of corporate departments to ensure that we are meeting their needs.

  Create and prepare all event communications, including invites, save the dates, reviewing registration materials, etc.

  Assist in planning agenda’s for conferences including developing and maintaining a library of content from home office and external sources.

  Manage any pre- and post-work for events to ensure effective distribution and follow up.

  Create surveys to send to attendees to assess conference content and financial advisor/attendee engagement.

  Send attendee lists to participating sponsors and ensure the receive communications in a timely manner.

  Send and manage outlook appointments relative to ensuring speakers and relevant attendees are blocked as needed.

  Support conferences as needed including collecting and managing all presentations/Power Points, handouts, etc. Assist onsite at conferences when needed.

  Attend one or two local conferences a year to gain exposure to the atmosphere and build partner relationships.

  Get up to speed on conference planning logistics to assist meeting planning when needed.

  Develop a plan for and maintain content on social media platforms for programs that use it.

  Manage the recognition programs for service associates within the businesses.

  Create and manage a SharePoint site for gathering information around firm wide programs.

  Create proposals and gain approval for said proposals for submitted programs in order to facilitate the creation of an annual education guide

  Manage the relationship with Marketing to design, create, and promote the final education guide.

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  Knowledge of:

  Working structure, policies, mission and strategies of the organization.

  Operational processes and procedures of assigned functional areas.

  Concepts, principles and practices of the financial services industry.

  Skill in:

  Researching, planning and designing curriculum for national and regional conferences.

  Gathering and communicating customer requirements.

  Organizing small group activities for large events.

  Communicating effectively and tactfully with all levels of management.

  Developing effective relationships with all levels of branch associates.

  Influencing others and outcomes.

  Working across multiple departments and reporting structures to achieve results.

  Preparing and delivering effective written and oral presentations.

  Implementing processes and procedures for efficient and timely work flow.

  Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.

  Ability to:

  Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.

  Incorporate needs, wants and goals from different perspectives into planning processes.

  Read, interpret, analyze and apply information from professional publications.

  Manage multiple priorities and multi task.

  Build relationships and interact with all levels of management and associates.

  Adapt to change

  Direct large projects independently while balancing daily required tasks.

  Maintain confidences, use sound judgment and exercise discretion to ensure integrity of performance processes.

  Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

  Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

  Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experienceor

  Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.Licenses/Certifications:
