Manage warranty analysis and disputes with customers to further promote sharing of Cycle of Learning (COLs); Maintain connections with Johnson Electric affiliates in Asti, Italy and Shenzhen, China; Provide guidance and action plans for the mitigation of risks and review process FMEAs to prevent similar risk reoccurrence; Ensure the guarantee of functional safety during development and implementation of a safe launch period for new products sold in the region; Maintain alignment with other regional Product Release managers and global Product Release directors in order to assure sharing of COLs. Qualified candidates will possess a Masters Degree in Materials Engineering or closely related field + 2 years of experience as Senior Product Release Manager or any related position in product engineering. Must have two years of experience in JEPDS ECC flow and project quality milestones, product development, Powertrain Cooling product quality management, APQP procedures and techniques per AIAG standard, manufacturing quality, 8D failure analysis and risk assessment, Failure Mode Effect Assessment (FMEA) process review.
