We are seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join our dynamic Products team.  While candidates can be based in any state where we have a presence, we prefer individuals in the greater Columbus, Ohio, or Jacksonville, Florida, area.  This role primarily offers the flexibility of remote work. 

　　As the Senior Product Specialist, you will oversee many facets of a product portfolio centered around correspondent/financial products with a focus on modern payment infrastructures.  You will be instrumental in defining and communicating product value propositions, competitive positioning, and differentiators.  Your responsibilities extend to aligning sales and marketing efforts, creating, and maintaining comprehensive playbooks, collaborating with Marketing on messaging and go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the development of impactful marketing materials.  As the go-to-resource for the sales team, you will attend in-person and online meetings with the sales staff to provide subject matter expertise and problem-solving expertise.  You will also provide guidance for proposals, while also developing and delivering training programs for internal teams to enhance product knowledge.   Your role also includes developing metrics to measure product plan effectiveness, conducting competitor research, and leading project execution teams.  If you are a seasoned professional ready to drive product success, apply now to shape the future of our innovative product portfolio. 

　　This position has a compensation range of approximately $85,000 to $100,000.
