Your role is to build end-user experiences in a product area, understand customer and user needs for your area, define the end-to-end user experience and customer journey, develop roadmaps, negotiate priorities, and work with internal and external partners to deliver innovative functionalities and features. This will require close interactions with partner teams as well as leading engineers, designers, and user researchers.

Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can:
Apply experience as well as technical, functional, UX, and customer/partner knowledge to define the capabilities of search product
Work across organizational boundaries to define the problems and challenges, convert them into specification, prioritize the requirement and work, and deliver the work with quality and values on time
Identify unaddressed issues and resolves, escalates, or finds the appropriate owner to ensure the highest level of quality
Define the design iteration process for the cross-team or cross-organization, and lead improvement over successive releases
Qualifications
Solid experience in software product management with end user experience
Ability to gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative insights and leverage those to inform, product decisions
Ability to communicate complex subjects and info clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Solution oriented mindset and pragmatism
Fluency in English, both oral and written
Compassionate and responsible team player that can deliver on agreed upon work while taking care of your team members
