  We're searching for a Senior Product Designer to make a significant impact in the health insurance industry. The ideal candidate is creative, experienced, and excels in UX and visual design. They should seamlessly navigate between tactical and strategic tasks. The right person has a track record of delivering excellent user experiences in complex settings and understands our business goals. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, prioritizing tasks based on value and crafting user-friendly experiences for members, agents, employers, and providers.   Responsibilities:

  Enterprise Problem Solving:

  Tackle complex problems within the enterprise context, understanding user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and devise user-centered design strategies that address enterprise-level complexities.

  Identify pain points in existing enterprise workflows and propose design improvements that enhance productivity and user satisfaction.

  User Experience Design:

  Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives while meeting the needs of diverse user groups within an enterprise environment.

  Proactive Design Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing products and processes, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.

  Collaborate with stakeholders to champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of UX in achieving business goals.

  Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and business objectives.

  Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design process.

  Share best practices and foster a culture of design excellence through mentorship, participation in design critique, pair design and mentorship.

  User Testing and Research:

  Plan, conduct, and analyze user testing sessions to gather valuable insights and validate design decisions.

  Utilize a range of research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability studies, to inform and enhance the user experience.

  Continuous Learning:

  Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and enterprise solutions.

  Actively seek opportunities for professional development and share knowledge with the team.

  Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

  • 5+ years of experience in related field.

  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
