FocusKPI is looking for a Product Designer to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company. The team you’ll be joining is specifically focused on Confluence’s Content Lifecycle capabilities and premium Macros experiences. 

　　Work Location: Remote in the U.S.; prefers PST

　　Duration: 6 months with potential for extension depending on your performance and budget

　　Pay Range: $60/hr to $71/hr

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead design activities within a cross-functional team, including envisioning, design reviews, developer hand-offs, internal documentation, and more

　　Contribute and drive user research, so you can help define ideal user journeys for custom sites and other high profile initiatives

　　Collaborate with designers across Confluence to ship end-to-end experiences

　　Partner with PM and Engineering on the strategic direction for assigned projects

　　Provide ad-hoc visual and interaction design support to teams without dedicated designers

　　Actively engage with Confluence and Atlassian design practices

　　Qualifications:

　　A portfolio that demonstrates strong user experience and interaction design informed by empathy for the user

　　7-8+ years of professional UX design experience under your belt, ideally in enterprise software in a B2B setting

　　Deep knowledge of modern tools such as Figma (expert level), Mural, and Keynote

　　Experience with Product design

　　Experience with strategies for utilizing data to inform digital experiences

　　Being excellent at prototyping

　　Experience working with engineering teams and implementing user-centered processes into technology strategies and delivery

　　Demonstrated love of the open iterative design process – constantly sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, growing, and shipping customer value

　　Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and facilitate design discussions

　　Experience with strategies for utilizing data to inform digital experiences
