　　Our Federal group is looking for a Senior Process Designer to support our growing work in DOE and DOD production and nuclear facilities. The successful candidate will have:

　　Significant experience with piping design software such as: Revit, AutoCAD, Plant3D and CadWorx Plant. Expertise in Revit is preferred.

　　Passion for developing and delivering complex designs

　　Ability to learn and effectively utilize new design software programs

　　Expert ability to utilize 2D and 3D applications to prepare engineering drawings

　　Expert knowledge in design, calculations and design systems

　　A clear understanding of the steps of project development and level of detail required in each step of project development.

　　Demonstrated experience developing PFDs, P&IDs and piping systems designs

　　Demonstrate leadership ability at the discipline level on a multidiscipline project team

　　Work collaboratively with others including, but not limited to clients, Project Managers, Engineers and Designers in a multi-discipline project team environment to resolve design or drawing issues

　　Past experience working with the DOE and/or the DOD.

　　Support business development efforts by developing engineering estimates and supporting proposal development.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in drafting technology or related field and a minimum of 13 years related experience or associate’s degree and 14 years related experience.

　　Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoE or DoD Security Clearance.

　　This position requires an experienced and competent individual capable of successfully solving difficult problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.

　　Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.

　　The position may require travel to support projects, estimated at 10%.

　　Compensation Range

　　$125,000 - $160,000

　　The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
