　　We are looking for a reporting lead to be a senior member of the Business Intelligence team which includes all data warehouse, data engineering and visualizations, database operations, and data science capabilities. This role be the tech lead in the design, implementation and adoption of Microsoft Power BI data analytics-based insights. These insights form the backbone for decision making at Plante Moran, and we seek a leader who can take us to the next level of maturity and innovation with respect to leveraging data analytics.

　　Your role.

　　Your work will include, but not be limited to:

　　Act as the Lead of Power BI developers in the development and management of enterprise reports including the administration of the Power BI environment.

　　Ability to define and execute enterprise BI end user adoption strategy that includes user adoption, data utilization, maintenance and support.

　　Work independently or as part of a team to design and develop analytics/reporting solutions using Power BI Pro, Data Flow and Datasets. (Alteryx experience a bonus)

　　Develop the processes and procedures for the enterprise Power BI environment to ensure consistent and maintainable solutions.

　　Develop solutions to address current and future information system needs, and create process improvements and controls for defined solutions.

　　Works closely with customers and colleagues to identify opportunities to utilize information systems to improve business processes, promote the strategic use of information while enabling seamless access to information.

　　Performs analysis, development and evaluates data mining capabilities in a data warehouse environment to include data design, database architecture, and metadata and repository creation.

　　Interacts with the staff to produce reporting requirements and deliver high quality solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Bi Stack.

　　Provides prototyping solutions, prepares test scripts, and conducts tests and for data replication, extraction, loading, cleansing, and data modeling for Microsoft Power Bi data flow, datasets and Power BI visualizations.

　　Possesses working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (DBMS) and data warehouse front-end tools.

　　Works closely with the technical and business team lead to drive solution options analysis, development and implementation of BI solutions.

　　Contributing team member to the design and support of data architecture, database design and integration, transformations, and load processes.

　　The qualifications.

　　5-7 years of experience using Power BI Stack to access and visualize data (Flow, Data Set Creation, Power BI visualizations and integrating Power BI into external applications including Power BI maintenance and administration. (Microsoft Fabric experience is a bonus)

　　5-7 years of experience leveraging SharePoint, SQL server, Data Warehouse as a data source utilizing data flow and data sets for enterprise reporting.

　　Bachelors Degree

　　Familiarity with database-centric applications

　　Proven experience with data warehousing and data modeling, specifically building/understanding Microsoft data storage structures

　　Proven ability to build out, enhance, and maintain the company data environment, including modifications and maintenance of various ETLs, transactional data sets, and company data assets.

　　Ability to create data warehouse and data mart structures to support the ongoing reporting and analytics efforts for cross functional departments and executives.

　　Manage data access, data quality, and data delivery tasks within the framework of specific client BI and IT projects.

　　Ability to validate & ensure production level functionality/style is thoroughly tested, and the code reflects the current standards.

　　3-5 years' experience using the Microsoft BI stack. (Fabric knowledge is a bonus)

　　Microsoft BI certification (Preferred)
