As a Senior Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in the recruiting and management of technology partners who enable Itron to deliver innovative solutions to our customers and grow our revenue. This role will be focused on technology partners in the distributed energy management space, addressing technologies like EV charging optimization, distributed energy resources, and demand management, and works with a broad range of internal groups, including legal, product management, procurement, partner marketing, sales, technical support and finance, giving you high visibility and impact across our three product business units: Devices, Networked Solutions and Outcomes.Job Duties & Responsibilities:As part of the partner management team you will:Actively manage business and/or technology partners to enable innovative customer solutions and grow partner and Itron revenue.Work directly with product management to support line of business partnering strategy and goals.Participate in partner recruiting activities.Lead partner risk assessment process, implement risk mitigations actions where required.Manage the contracting process and negotiations with the partners.Track customer opportunities with partner solutions, ensuring accurate partner and internal forecasts.Flag roadblocks to partner success and support the resolution of those roadblocks with stakeholders.Support the refinement of the technology partner lifecycle process required to deliver on the dynamic and rapidly expanding partner ecosystem.Utilize and support the evolution of partner and performance management tracking tools.Actively and effectively communicate partner status and other partner content across multiple platforms and for multiple purposes.
