Senior Oracle Apps Developer

HOW A SENIOR ORACLE APPS DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Works closely with both their team, stakeholders, and business owners
Work with all levels of the organization, from team members to leadership. Interactions may include mentoring/coaching, interviewing, workshop facilitation and training
Works with Oracle EBS team to ensure all aspects of the modifications/upgrades function as intended
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is preferredRequired Experience:
10+ years of professional experienceSecurity Clearance Level:
Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 10 years’ direct work experience with Oracle EBS (working with the latest version and other lesser versions desirable)
Ability to reach out to teams for cooperation. Interactions may include, but are not limited to the following: coaching, interviewing, presenting, or mentoring
Strong command of Oracle EBS modules such as AR, AP, GL…
Develop/Modify Oracle forms and reports
Direct Oracle upgrade experience
Ability to work with cross functional teams, perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues
Desired Skill:
Ability to manage development projects from initial conception to production
Strong oral and written communication skills
Work with all levels of the organization, from leadership and senior management to the workforce; interactions may include coaching, interviewing, workshop facilitation and training
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as VersionOne
Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (preferably ServiceNow)
