We need a new SeniorDeveloper in part to assist in developing and executing on our One-AdobeObservability Strategy.If you enjoy having many different interesting tasks where it's easy to drawa line from your efforts to real accomplishments, come talk to us.Job Requirements:8-10+ years production level experience with distributed applications atscale in public and/or private cloudExperience architecting and implementing large scale Observability platformsB.S. degree in Computer Science or related technical fieldWork in a diverse and distributed team environment!Must HaveExperience with internally hosted logging systems like Splunk, Loki,Elastic, Clickhouse, assisting clients and improving environmentperformance and stabilityProgramming experience with languages like Go, Python; Experience buildingintegrations and applications to large-scale Observability environments.Experience designing and implementing systems for fault tolerance,scalability and stability.Experience developing, deploying and running distributed applications oncloud platforms. Experience with container and orchestration technologies(Docker, Kubernetes)Experience creating solution architecture of large-scale Observabilityplatforms.Ensure the highest level of up-time and Quality of Service (QoS) toAdobe's customers through operational excellenceKnowledge in defining service level objectives (SLOs) and service levelindicators (SLIs) to represent and measure service qualityKnowledge of (public and/or private) cloudCollaborate with SRE and Engineering/Product teams in driving criticalinitiatives.Work with Engineering partners to drive One-Adobe Observability StrategyExperience in designing and maintaining production monitoring systemsExperience in solving performance and stability issues using a wide variety oftoolsMentor members of the staff on large scale Observability platforms.Exceptional communicator in and across teams, driving projects to completionImpacts the organization through contribution to technical direction andstrategic decisions.Good to HaveExperience with other Observability tooling like Grafana, Cortex, Tempo,Jaeger is helpfulExperience with Open-Source products/community like Open telemetryFamiliar with a variety of the cloud security and automation concepts,practices and procedures.Promote the DevOps/SRE approach

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographicmarkets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. payrange for this positionis $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithinthis range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-relatedknowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about thespecific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total targetcompensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentivesare in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salariesare expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of theAnnual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in theform of a new hire equity award.
