As a Category Manager, you will manage all aspects of an assigned line of products including sales, purchasing, pricing and merchandising.

　　Job Description

　　Full Time, On-Site Role

　　Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081

　　You will contribute by:

　　Developing strategic business plans for the assorted categories as assigned.

　　Developing sales, buying and profit plans to meet target sales and margin budgets.

　　Managing product mix: variety, selection and quality.

　　Developing and maintaining retail and wholesale pricing programs which achieve specific gross profit and revenue goals.

　　Planning product promotions to achieve department objectives

　　Developing and maintaining category plan-o-grams and directs retail merchandising.

　　Managing inventory replenishment and investment buying.

　　Managing company and customer assets, store space, inventory, customer profit, and company profit.

　　Responsibility for inventory management, ad coordination, price/data integrity, retail pricing and merchandising, vendor partnerships, market analyses, and gross margin control.

　　We’re searching for candidates with:

　　Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

　　Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

　　Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, vendors, and C&S management.

　　Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.

　　Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

　　Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

　　2-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Ability to travel
