Job Description: Evaluate mechanical systems and products. Confirm system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and assuring system and product quality by designing testing methods, and testing finished system and product capabilities. Review, verify, and evaluate customer needs using knowledge of Systems Engineering process development. Conduct requirements management and analysis, risk management, change management, and program management. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Prepare system reports and documentation and alter and modify the system design to eliminate malfunctions. Engineer robust and manufacturable products or improvements to existing products through strong understanding and application of engineering fundamentals. Analyze design solutions using engineering first principles and advanced engineering methods. Solve technical challenges by drawing on a combination of experience, sound judgment, problem solving skills, and advanced engineering methods. Interact with cross-functional teams for problem identification and technical solutions. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.Job Requirements: Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Mathematics, Computer Drafting and Design, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or related IT or engineering role. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of described experience in lieu of Master’s degree plus one (1) year of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Base Salary: $125,798 - $127,000/Year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
