Description:

　　The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for project execution within the design engineering group and making sure each member of the team is accomplishing what they are assigned to do, staying ahead of the timeline, and adapting to any changes in plans, using knowledge of design and engineering concepts for customized industrial rotating equipment. There will be a big focus on process improvement within the design team.

　　They will lead a team of around 5-10 individuals in the mechanical space, as well as a couple in the electrical space.

　　They will focus on streamlining process in the department, procedure writing, process improvements, change management, working with their offshore design division for outsourced design work. Not really designing themselves. May help when needed.

　　LOOKING FOR:

　　Bachelors Degree in ME, MET, EE, EET, or Design Technology

　　Industrial/Mechanical equipment, machinery, or product experience.

　　Customer facing whether is be supplier, vender, or customer facing exp

　　2+ years of experience leading/managing a team of 3+ other engineers, techs, designers, etc

　　NICE TO HAVE:

　　Solidworks / 3D Cad

　　Electrical engineering exp within PLC's or wiring routing, wire design, wire harness, etc

　　Iso familiarization with processes

　　Vacuum Technology
