GENERAL SUMMARY: The Senior Master Data Analyst is expected to workclosely with the Supply Chain Operations Team as well as BusinessProcess Experts, Planning, Commercialization Process Leads, R&D & IT toensure data quality & compliance. This position will support operationsby ensuring Master Data requests & initiatives are performed in a timelymanner. Material Master, Production Bills of Material (BOM), MasterRecipes, Purchasing Information Records (PIRs) & Production Versions tobe kept standardized & Compliant across a network of over 100 plants.This position is cross function & crosses all business units. PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES: Execute changes to SAP master as approved by thebusiness Coordinate material & finished product master data setupvalidation & periodic maintenance Complete data cleansing as needed.Perform mass updates as required Participate in projects & initiativesacross multiple functional areas as needed Work with business units &process experts to resolve master data issues Efficiently prioritizework & timely notification to business leads for requested changesneeded. Creation & Maintenance of all levels of production BOMs & ensureR&D Compliance with other systems & standards Creation & Maintenance ofproduction routings. Creation of Standard PIRs for intercompany loadsProject work that comes with initiatives plant by plant Cover teamworkby using standard processes & tools.
